Born in Burnley, I have spent the last 17 years living in the village of Higham in Pendle, giving me a deep-rooted connection to the local area and an in depth understanding of its communities, lifestyle, and property market.
My career has spanned almost 25 years across the property industry, covering sales, lettings, property management, development, and maintenance. This broad experience has given me a complete, hands-on understanding of the entire property journey – from initial instruction through to completion and beyond.
Before specialising in property, I built my career in hospitality and the food and drink sector, where I developed a strong foundation in customer service, communication, and attention to detail. I later progressed into training and development, further strengthening my ability to support, guide, and deliver results through people-focused service.
Today, I combine this diverse background with decades of property expertise to provide a knowledgeable, proactive, and highly personal service. My approach is built on clear communication, honest advice, and a commitment to achieving the best possible outcome for every client I work with.
I am the founder and owner of The Lettings Cloud in Barrowford, established in 2009 – alongside my professional life, I am proud to be Chairman of Burnley Belvedere Football Club, where I have been actively involved for over 11 years through coaching and management. I am also closely involved in fundraising for the Barry Kilby Prostate Cancer Appeal, a cause that is very important to me and one I am proud to support.
